A chinese father of 3 prepares a meal for his family gathering during a Misbun Sidek badminton semi-final match. The occasion sees the return of his favourite potential son-in-law, LUKE, along with his eldest daughter, EVELYN. In spite of the happy occasion, he has to accommodate his 2nd daughter, SHARON’s, wish to introduce her boyfriend, FAIZAL during dinner. Upon welcoming Faizal to the dinner table, their Mother wastes no time to ask about Faizal’s occupation. The father tries to educate Faizal on how to be successful in the current era, by presenting how his son, Kenneth, benefits from Luke’s network. Testing Faizal’s patience to reveal his beloved daughter’s secret.
