Synopsis: In 1979, Two agents of the CCCC (Crisis Center of Creature Containment) are dispatched to the site of an electrical disturbance in the Arizona Desert. Jim Conski’s by-the-book attitude frustrates the naive and thrill seeking Lawrence Hobbes, who’s enrollment in the CCCC has yet to give him any real action.
When things go awry, their distress signal is met with little help from Central Dispatch as office favorite Conrad Nicolson fails to recognize the severity and incompetence of their situation.
