Synopsis: A young orphaned boy is placed in the care of his elderly Grandfather who lives on a rural property. He is shown an old well and makes a poignant wish, contained in a bottle which he drops into the water. To his surprise, he receives a reassuring answer – a drawing with a message. The bottle dialogue continues and the boy is much cheered and reconciled to being with his grandfather.Years pass and a young adult, dressed in black arrives at the locked gate of the now disheveled property. He discovers the well and a bottle containing a message pops up to the surface. The contents delight him and he replies.
