Synopsis: The remote peatlands of the United Kingdom where once a desolate, degraded ecosystem, and a source of nearly 20 million tonnes of greenhouse gasses a year. An aging ‘Carbon Farmer’ describes how his ancestors realized the magnitude of their impact and changed their ways to become stewards of the land, and in so doing he shows us how bright and positive the future could be – if we act now.
