Synopsis: End Meeting follows Margot (Sarah Steele): an office worker who is getting laid off over video chat by an HR representative named Janice (Catherine Curtin). Janice suffers a stroke while delivering the news to Margot, and Margot is faced with the desperate task of remotely saving Janice’s life. Margot’s foil is a sardonic and apathetic IT worker (Tenea Intriago) who doesn’t want to get involved. It’s a satirical thriller about the stakes of mass layoffs, burnout culture and post-COVID disconnection.
